We are looking for a Technical Support – Tier 3 to join our team!


You will ensure optimal operation of our payment ecosystem, by monitoring the different systems and performing various requests for analysis and research. If necessary, you will participate in the development of both internal and external facing tools such as merchant management systems, payment portals and dashboards.


About the role:

  • Have an innovative approach to create, build, automate and improve the monitoring process and procedures
  • Address production/mission critical problems to keep up with SLAs
  • Ability to troubleshoot, identify the issue and provide a code fix
  • Ability to document troubleshooting and solutions
  • Identify technical issues & make the appropriate corrections, suggestions to address them
  • Work with the team to ensure code delivery processes are followed and respected
  • Adhere to procedures in place in relation to incident management, SLA and best practices implemented by the team
  • Willingness to participate in our software quality control
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly
  • Ability to handle pressure and perform tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Help identify any issues with documentation, procedures, and workflow with feedback during weekly meeting

About you:

  • You possess experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) - S3, Lambdas, cloud formation
  • You possess very good knowledge of Java programming and Linux environment (Mandatory)
  • You possess knowledge of Postgres SQL (Mandatory), Oracle SQL (Asset)
  • You have knowledge Virtual Machine VMWare, Virtual Box (Asset)
  • You have knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Angular)
  • You have knowledge of RESTful micro-services and REST APIs
  • You have a good understanding of Java Spring Framework (Asset)
  • You possess knowledge of GO (Golang) (Asset)
  • You are able to work under minimal supervision
  • You possess excellent teamwork skills
  • Excellent detail-oriented, problem solving skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, principles, and solutions
  • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Proficiency with developer tools and debugging techniques
  • Working knowledge of Git, Jira and Atlassian tools
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD approaches and tools
